Company Overview: Semper Home Loans, a top provider of real estate and mortgage services, is looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team. This role is integral to executing strategic marketing initiatives, with a focus on driving growth through social media and digital platforms in the real estate and mortgage sectors. Position Overview: As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll work closely with our marketing team to launch impactful campaigns targeting homebuyers, real estate professionals, and mortgage clients. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing social media channels, developing engaging content, and using analytics to refine and boost our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Design and manage targeted Facebook and social media ad campaigns to drive awareness of our mortgage and real estate services. Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to improve ROI and audience engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to produce compelling ad content, ensuring it aligns with our brand standards and industry best practices. Maintain active social media channels, regularly updating them with relevant content that fosters community interaction. Assist in creating digital marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and ad copy for social media campaigns. Stay informed on social media trends and new opportunities for growth in the real estate and mortgage sectors. Support event planning and execution for mortgage and real estate-related initiatives. Skills and Experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on social media and digital advertising. Proven ability to create and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including audience targeting and budget optimization. Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) to measure campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for digital platforms and the mortgage/real estate audience. A creative mindset with experience in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools. Photography and videography skills are a plus. Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.
