Jeeves Drones is a ambitions real estate photography company known for high-quality imagery and drone videos. We’re a startup ran primarily by the owner, which means things move quickly, processes evolve, and no two days are the same. What You’ll Do:

Join an ambitious startup and gain hands-on experience in real estate and aerial photography. After minimal training, you will take on a key role in executing photography and videography shoots for the company. You’ll work directly with and be mentored by Jay Hanna, one of Colorado’s top drone experts and the owner of Jeeves Drones and DRONEWASH+. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Training & Learning:

Gain hands-on training and learn from a successful entrepreneur.

Business Operations: Perform additional tasks such as:

• Basic video editing
• Calling customers and taking orders
• Sending invoices and managing administrative work
• General support during shoots and day-to-day operations
• Helping with DRONEWASH+ - Colorado's first drone building cleaning company.

Time Management & Hour Tracking:

Ensure that you efficiently manage your workload and track your hours to stay within the 30-hour weekly limit.

What We’re Looking For:

• ✅ Strong creative skills – You must have a strong experience as a real estate photographer. Experience with drones is optional. We are not looking to hire drone guys, we need photographers and back-end support. You must have experience handling cameras, lenses, and producing high-quality images.
• ✅ Adaptability – Startups change fast; we need someone who learns quickly and embraces new challenges.
• ✅ Detail-oriented – If you don’t follow instructions, you won’t last here. Read the entire job post carefully.
• ✅ Personable & professional – You’ll interact with clients regularly, so a friendly, professional attitude is a must.
• ✅ Self-motivated – We need someone who can figure things out and take initiative without constant supervision.
• ✅ Strong time management – You must be able to prioritize tasks, manage your schedule, and track your hours to ensure you do not exceed 30 hours per week or burn yourself out.

Bonuses and Growth:

Applicants will be incentivised with quarterly bonuses for meeting requirements of performance.

Competitive pay structure:

• Base pay: $450-$800 on-Target Salary
• Quarterly bonus: $500-$1,500
• Commission: 3% commission following training period of 1 month.
• Travel: Compensation for travel
• Long-term earning potential: Yearly salary reviews.
• Mentorship from industry expert Jay Hanna – Get trained by a top leading drone expert and photography professional and build a real career in photography and drone services.
• Profit sharing: Partnership or Profit sharing opportunities after 1 year.
