Title: Technical Writer – Process & Workflow Documentation

Employment Type: W2 Contract (only U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders)

We’re hiring a Technical Writer to lead documentation efforts for task-level processes in a workflow automation environment. This role is critical in translating complex technical tasks into clear, actionable documentation that supports automation, training, and process improvement.

You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop supporting materials (checklists, templates, job aids), and maintain documentation aligned with internal standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather task requirements.
• Translate complex procedures into clear written documentation for automation platforms.
• Develop supporting documents such as checklists, templates, forms, and sub-processes.
• Ensure clarity, consistency, and usability of all materials produced.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in technical/procedural writing (ideally in utilities, energy, or industrial sectors).
• Exceptional English writing and editing skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
• Familiarity with process automation or workflow systems is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred: Candidates located near Palm Beach Gardens, FL
