Title: Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator
FLSA: Exempt
Reports To: Marketing Director
Purpose:
The Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator's primary job is to create signage and literature using tools and resources provided by the Marketing Department, including floor plan drawings, sales literature, trade show signage, model brochures, and other various design projects. This position will also serve the Marketing department with various responsibilities as Marketing Coordinator listed below.
Responsibilities/Essential Duties:
- Create and maintain design pieces for Tiffin Sales and Service departments, including sales brochures, training documents, literature pieces, tradeshow signage, campaign material, internal design graphics, and other various design responsibilities.
- Assist with creation of logos and feature information on new Tiffin motorhome floor plans and features.
- Creation of new signage for trade shows and new features.
- Creation of graphics for Tiffin social media, email, and website platforms.
- Facilitate assets for distribution across all Marketing platforms.
- Ensure all outgoing information is accurate and up to date.
- Working with other Marketing department leads to ensure website has correct product messaging.
- Minor website assistance and updates.
- Social Media assistance as needed.
- Maintain ordering of Tiffin business cards and name tags.
- Assisting Marketing department with other essential marketing tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of graphic design experience with examples of past works. (Preferably in Adobe Suite, not Canva)
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
- Ability to translate technical features into customer benefits in a graphic and eye-catching manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in marketing materials and campaigns.
