Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing & Content Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling content strategies that align with our business objectives and drive meaningful engagement with our target audience. You will play a critical role in shaping our brand narrative across various channels, including but not limited to: website, blog, social media, email, and video.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports business goals, including lead generation, brand awareness, and thought leadership. Responsible for evergreen content, funnel content, email marketing, lead magnets, SEO, blogs, website mapping, etc., all within the context of broader campaign concepts.
• Create and maintain a content calendar, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Innovation, Product) to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Conduct thorough content audits and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and new content opportunities.
• Oversee the entire content lifecycle, from ideation and planning to production, publishing, and performance analysis.
• Ensure content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and user experience.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in content marketing and adapt strategies accordingly.
Marketing Campaign Execution:
• Plan, execute, and track the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Manage the planning and execution of conferences, webinars, and other marketing events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry influencers and media outlets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns.
Brand Management:
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity and voice.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and style guides.
Data & Analysis:
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content performance, such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Use data insights to inform content strategy and optimize campaign performance.
• Prepare regular reports on content performance and campaign results for management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Experience with social media marketing and advertising platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), such as HubSpot, WordPress, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights.
• Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
