Sales Manager Trainee Responsibilities: Assist with preparing and presenting sales materials, giving presentations to customers, and addressing customer inquiries to help facilitate successful enrollments. Assist in the execution of sales campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives. Participate in training sessions and workshops designed to enhance your understanding of our clients, sales techniques, and effective customer engagement strategies. Collaborate with experienced sales managers to learn from their expertise, seek guidance, and contribute to team discussions and strategy development. Assist in managing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities. Marketing and Sales Manager Trainee Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or related field (preferred but not mandatory). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the residential sales industry. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus. Prior customer service or sales experience is advantageous but not required.
