Regional Marketing Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a global B2B organization with an immediate opening for a Regional Marketing Manager to execute regional marketing strategies for the Americas. In this role, you’ll work closely with global teams, regional sales, and key stakeholders across multiple brands.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing communications experience- with a proven track record in both traditional and digital marketing campaigns and account-based marketing.
- Must have experience working within an industry with complex, long sales cycles involving multiple decision makers.
- Extensive experience working and supporting sales teams.
- Experienced supporting sales and marketing efforts for a specific region (global or domestic).
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% for events and trade shows.
- Proficient with robust marketing automation tools (Pardot, Marketo or similar) and CRMs such as Salesforce and/or Dynamics.
Responsibilities:
- Drive marketing execution working in tandem with regional sales and key account managers focused on account planning and account-based marketing to identify content needs, communicate said needs to Brand/Industry Marketing Directors and work with sales to deploy content.
- Support and work close with sales to develop, improve and push MQLs (marketing qualified leads) through the sales funnel using various call to action plans.
- Drive marketing initiatives in close collaboration with distributors and partners.
- Establish co-marketing plans, monitor performance from concept to completion.
- Spearhead regional trade shows, leading the execution with support from marketing program managers in the brands.
- Ensure timely KPI reporting to executive leaders across Sales and Marketing.
- Facilitate close-the-gap initiatives based on structure problem solving and ensure documentation presenting details for continuous project or campaign improvement, deploying counter measures to stay on track with plans.
- Own the tactical and operational implementation of industry programs provided by Brand/industry marketing directors based on the regional priorities and target, providing insights from regional market to brand/industry marketing leaders, sharing insights on potential roadblocks.
- Regional execution of NPIs based on input from Brand/industry/marketing directors.
- Translation and localization of webpages for prioritized countries.
Other desired experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Business or related field.
- Trade show, conference and event planning experience.
- Vendor management experience.
- Partner/channel marketing program development experience.
- Able to plan marketing campaigns aligned with strategic objectives.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of team including leading small project teams.
