If so, we are looking for you to join our team as a Community Manager at our HUD Project Based Section 8 and Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) community Walnut Hills in Cincinnati, OH.
Compensation
- $60,000-$65,000 per year
- Annual Performance Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing as a Community Manager
- Representing Related to residents, employees, and agency partners.
- Guiding your team to meet business objectives: profitability and compliance.
- Coaching and developing team members, helping them achieve their goals.
- Setting annual property budgets with the Regional Manager.
- Developing SMART action plans to improve revenue and control expenses.
- Leading team communication and meetings.
- Managing resident relations and conflict resolution.
- Overseeing maintenance staff and managing invoices.
- Partnering with support teams for compliance and operational needs.
- Handling government and regulatory compliance requests.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of property management experience with HUD Section 8, LIHTC, or similar programs.
- Experience with Real Page OneSite is a plus.
- Committed to exceeding expectations and providing exceptional service.
