This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Danvers, MA at forREAL. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for agile digital marketing strategies, customer acquisition planning, communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management to enhance the company's sales and marketing efforts.
Own and manage the sales funnel
Manage and grow sales through existing and new channels
Track key metrics and manage the CRM
Support clients with the marketing team to enhance brand presence
Proven digital marketing or sales experience
Strong network in the real estate industry (landlords, property managers, brokers, operators, consultants)
Training skills - helping on-board new talent
Willingness to travel as needed
