About the Position: Private Practice: Thriving private practice and the sole hospitalist group for a 115-bed hospital with a metro population of about 850K Flexible Schedule Options: Can be Monday-Friday with 12 weeks off per year or standard hospitalist schedule of seven days on/seven days off; average census of 15 patients per day Compensation: $275k base compensation + $20k annual retention bonus + $20k signing bonus Optional Income: Night call (phone only) paid at $300/night Partnership Option: after 2-3 years with the ability to own shares in the practice, real estate, and other investments of the group (buy-in is a no-interest loan from the group itself) About the Community: Extremely affordable, rich in culture, and packed full of green parks and trails to explore Amazing food scene with nationally ranked restaurants including the Food Network's top 5 steakhouses in the U.S. Top-notch education, colleges, and universities Home to some of Ohio's top historic attractions, museums, theaters, and art institute Reference: HOSP 22562
