Key Responsibilities Oversee daily client accounts, ensuring the efficient implementation of reputation management strategies. Remain current with trends in reputation management, social media, SEO, and digital marketing, employing best practices to surpass client expectations. Lead and mentor a small team of analysts, providing guidance and strategic oversight. Design and implement tailored strategic campaigns that meet each client's unique objectives. Prepare comprehensive monthly reports that highlight the effectiveness and impact of our services. Communicate with clients with confidence and professionalism, setting precise expectations and nurturing strong relationships. Identify and contribute to emerging business opportunities as they arise. Required Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google ranking factors; experience in managing organic optimization campaigns is beneficial. Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently, consistently meeting varied deadlines. Commitment to confidentiality and the careful handling of sensitive information. Ability to take direction and operate autonomously after being briefed. Creative problem solver with innovative thinking skills.
