Location: California Santa Clara USA Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite Salary Range: USD 150000 - 180000 Experience: 8 - 15 Years Work Authorization: US Citizen Job Purpose Our client is seeking a senior marketing executive to lead branding and marketing initiatives for its Data, AI, and Analytics business. This role focuses on developing a strong brand presence, executing strategic marketing initiatives, and driving growth in a fast-paced IT services environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in analytics-driven marketing, public relations, industry analyst relations, and lead generation, ensuring the client’s leadership in the Data and AI IT services space. Roles And Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives to enhance brand visibility and market share. Brand Positioning & Analyst Relations: Strengthen the client’s market presence by engaging with industry analysts, ensuring services and solutions are well-represented in market reports. Public Relations & Media Management: Oversee PR strategies, manage press releases, and foster relationships with media professionals and industry influencers. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement: Design and execute lead generation campaigns while developing marketing initiatives to enhance customer retention and awareness of new services. Partnership Marketing: Collaborate with strategic partners to create co-marketing initiatives that leverage joint capabilities for market expansion. Data-Driven Campaign Management: Utilize advanced analytics to assess marketing performance, optimize strategies, and ensure campaign effectiveness. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing industry research to stay ahead of trends and adapt marketing strategies accordingly. Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for continuous marketing improvements. Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand development, analytics-driven marketing, and strategic partnerships in IT services. Proven expertise in executing integrated marketing campaigns. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
