Marketing Insights Researcher
to join our Outbound Brand team, working with our marketing organization to shape how people realize the promise of Facebook. The marketing team is tasked with evolving our marketing practices, bringing our promise to people in multiple ways wherever they are. The focus of this role is to help deliver our message across various channels, identify mutually beneficial partnerships that align with our strategy, and create synergies that enhance our brand impact. This role involves creating and optimizing resourceful, evergreen marketing systems that meet people where they are. A successful candidate will identify gaps between current brand positioning and future goals, develop partnerships to bridge those gaps, and activate these ideas effectively. You are an experienced researcher who uses your craft to make things happen. Responsibilities:
Develop learning agendas to support business goals Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research to inform decision-making, strategic planning, and marketing/brand strategies, including campaign and product development Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations Create compelling communications that motivate application of learnings across marketing and organizational teams Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of research experience with strong qualitative and quantitative expertise, applied in a business context to drive decision-making and identify new opportunities Proven experience in shaping insights-driven marketing campaigns and product launches, focusing on strategy, alignment, and business outcomes Ability to build brand strategies, navigate ambiguity, identify problems, set priorities, and drive learning agendas with minimal guidance Curious and strategic thinker, skilled at identifying key questions and opportunities, thinking outside the box Experience working effectively in dynamic environments, managing limited resources like running a small business Experience implementing large marketing efforts across various channels without reliance on traditional TV ads, demonstrating familiarity with alternative marketing tactics Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with multi-channel marketing, including on-platform integrations, creator-driven programming, and traditional advertising 3+ years at an agency specializing in alternative marketing such as brand activations, partnerships, IRL integrations, influencer/creator strategies Deep knowledge of identifying and implementing partnerships, social, and activation marketing About Meta: Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
