Job Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all staging installations:
Partner with the sales team and VP of the market to ensure project success.
Scope the design project:
Conduct handoff meetings, present initial ideas, stay within budget, create installation road maps, and coordinate with scheduling.
Execute design projects:
Manage installation crews, complete installations within the timeframe, and communicate requirements daily.
Record and photograph project inventory:
Document work, create inventory lists, and generate invoices with receipts.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
Manage projects, represent the organization positively, support inventory sales, and adhere to guidelines.
Required Skills and Experience
Understanding of Vesta’s reservation system.
3+ years in interior design.
Experience managing installation or construction crews (preferred).
Experience staging luxury homes (preferred).
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments with integrity and trust.
Additional Qualifications
Experience with Google Suite is helpful but not required.
