Senior UI/UX Designer
Durham, NC - Hybrid - Locals only

JD:
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Proven experience working on a variety of design projects involving web based applications
Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
Up-to-date knowledge and hands on working experience of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customer by responding to needs and exhibiting a sense of urgency; independently identify options.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures.
Business knowledge and experience implementing SNAP and other federal programs as per the policy requirements.
Experience designing applications using the social services products
Experience designing and/or developing dashboards using Power BI
Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) development
Experience designing applications using low code no code technologies like Salesforce, Microsoft dynamics and others.
Knowledgeable in DevOps practices and Shift Left testing.
