The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, responsible for creating and executing comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive profitable growth. This role requires a hands-on, collaborative approach, with a focus on team development, goal setting, and performance tracking. The Head of Sales and Marketing will also be involved in cross-functional leadership, team communication, and coordination, as well as overseeing marketing initiatives and ensuring a strong digital presence. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of sales leadership experience in wholesale fashion apparel, with a proven track record of revenue growth and experience in managing a team of 5 or more direct reports. A genuine passion for fashion, proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis, and a background in marketing are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in wholesale women's apparel sales, an established network in the industry, and experience in small to medium-sized businesses.
