As the Store Manager, you will lead the Beverly Hills location, overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and fostering strong relationships with high-profile clients. This role is pivotal in maintaining the brand’s fashion-forward identity and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for discerning customers.
Responsibilities:
Drive sales and achieve store performance targets
Lead, train, and manage the store team to ensure high performance
Develop and maintain relationships with VIP clients and local stylists
Implement clienteling practices to enhance customer experience
Build and manage VIP programs tailored to high-net-worth individuals and celebrities
Liaise with international headquarters to communicate local market needs and opportunities
Ensure visual merchandising aligns with the company’s fashion-forward vision
Manage inventory and oversee store operations effectively
Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation
Requirements:
5+ years of leadership experience in luxury fashion retail, covering both men’s and women’s clothing
Deep understanding of the Los Angeles market, including connections with stylists
Proven experience in clienteling practices with a track record of working with high-net-worth individuals and celebrities
Independent mindset, thriving in a structure without direct U.S.-based corporate support
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with international headquarters
Fashion-forward individual who embodies the company’s brand identity and vision
Ability to build and lead a high-performing team
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
