Job Description
What You Will Be Doing:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, webinars, and workshops to generate leads and strengthen prospect and customer relationships
- Manage the marketing calendar and project timelines, ensuring timely execution of content delivery and campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential target segments for Omatic’s products
- Assist in creating compelling marketing materials, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and other collateral
- Create designed assets for content, emails, and social media using templates in Canva
- Project manage marketing collateral projects with freelance designers or agencies
- Manage marketing list segmentation and database hygiene within Hubspot and Salesforce
- Act as primary administrator to manage operations of campaigns within Hubspot
- Work cross-functionally with team leads to build integrated digital marketing campaigns (social, email, content, webinars, events) that drive brand awareness, leads, sales pipeline and ROI
- Set up and launch email marketing campaigns, paid advertising campaigns, event and webinar promotion
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of campaigns (e.g. email, paid advertising, website tests, webinars)
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes

- 1-2 years of B2B marketing experience
- Previous experience with planning and execution of digital campaigns
- Google Analytics, Wordpress, Hubspot, Salesforce, Canva, paid media campaign experience is a plus
- Nonprofit industry knowledge is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree required
