BIM Designer A well-established client of ours is currently looking for a talented and passionate BIM Designer to join their team of professionals. Responsibilities: Managing BIM project data sets, regularly reviewing BIM models to ensure compliance with Project standards and requirements You'll interface with architects, and structural, and civil engineers throughout the project lifecycle to set up models and drawings, incorporate markups, implement the design and print Build 3D models and content, to the Level of Development (LOD) specified by the design team and client Create construction models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Low Voltage disciplines in Revit as part of a BIM team Working with clients or other consultants to manage multiple BIM files for project coordination, often hosted on BIM360, and communicate design concerns with project managers and team.
