Marketing Specialist
with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and executing marketing strategies, with a focus on digital channels, content creation, and campaign analytics. As a key member of our marketing team, you will support the development of innovative marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. In this role you will: Campaign Execution:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and other channels. Content Creation:
Develop and curate engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, social media platforms, and promotional materials. Email Marketing:
Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, performance tracking, and reporting to drive engagement and conversions. Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity to inform strategy and decision-making. Performance Analytics:
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights to improve future marketing efforts. Brand Support:
Help maintain consistent messaging across all marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines. Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, design, product) to support marketing initiatives and ensure cohesion across channels. Event Support:
Assist in planning and executing events or trade shows, including logistics, promotions, and attendee engagement. Employment Type:
Full-time, salary range $55,000.00 - $70,000.00. Various factors are taken into account when determining the final pay for a position. These factors include, but are not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, competencies aligned with the role, educational background, internal equity, and external market analysis. To join us, you should have: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software, etc.). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and content management systems. Ability to work independently and within a team. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.). Knowledge of Life Sciences R&D and/or Pharmaceuticals. Experience with video content creation or editing. Prior internship experience in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
