IRONCLAD Marketing is a global, full-service marketing agency dedicated to delivering impactful, strategic campaigns to our B2B clients in construction, mining, agriculture and more. We are seeking a talented Digital Content Writer to join our creative team.
As a Digital Content Writer, you will be responsible for crafting compelling digital content including blogs, website content, social media posts, email campaigns and more, as well as optimizing for SEO, and driving engagement through strategic B2B social media management. If you have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for digital trends, and an understanding of how to elevate a brand’s online presence, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Write and edit engaging digital content, including blog posts, website copy, case studies, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- SEO & Website Optimization: Implement SEO best practices, conduct keyword research, and collaborate with the digital team to improve website content performance.
- Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and execute social media strategies for our B2B customers across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
- Paid Social Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to improve content and social media strategies while staying up to date on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, digital strategists, and designers to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in content writing, social media management, or digital marketing (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience managing paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Loomly, HubSpot).
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for storytelling and engaging content creation.
- Ability to work both independently and with the team.
- Initiative and vision for continuous improvement.
