Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to increase engagement and follower growth. Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content tailored to our target audience, including blog posts, social media updates, infographics, and videos. Brand Awareness: Execute branding strategies to enhance the firm’s image and reputation in the cybersecurity and technology industries. Communication Campaigns: Plan, develop, and execute marketing and communication campaigns that drive customer engagement and promote our services and solutions. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and other marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Event Promotion: Support the organization and promotion of industry events, webinars, and conferences to enhance the firm's visibility and thought leadership. Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Proven experience in a marketing role, with a focus on social media and brand awareness. Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, and email marketing software. Knowledge of the cybersecurity and technology industries is a plus. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
