We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead omni-channel marketing efforts for our client's team. This key role will oversee marketing initiatives that drive seamless customer experiences across both B2B and B2C brands. You will manage strategies that integrate online and offline channels, collaborate with various teams and external partners, and deliver consistent, data-driven campaigns to elevate brand success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Create and execute a unified omni-channel marketing strategy that aligns and connects all customer touchpoints (e.g., email, social media, in-store, and events).
- Ensure a consistent and smooth brand experience for customers across all platforms.
Campaign & Team Oversight
- Manage marketing campaigns and oversee team execution to drive awareness, engagement, and performance.
- Lead omni-channel efforts for B2B and B2C audiences, tailoring strategies to meet their specific needs.
Customer Experience & Field Support
- Develop localized campaigns that blend digital and offline approaches, ensuring a cohesive message for events, store marketing, and community initiatives.
- Support marketing efforts for in-store and brick-and-mortar audiences while connecting to their digital experiences.
Collaboration with Partners
- Work closely with external agencies, contractors, and vendors to bring omni-channel strategies to life.
Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Manage large marketing budgets (e.g., $5M+) and use tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio to review campaign performance.
- Analyze data to optimize the customer journey, drive improvements, and deliver measurable results.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Expertise in omni-channel marketing , integrating online (e.g., SEO, social media, email) and offline (e.g., events, in-store) strategies.
- Strong experience with B2C marketing (B2B knowledge is a plus).
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, and marketing automation systems.
- Skilled in managing events, brick-and-mortar marketing, and seamless customer experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead data-driven campaigns with strong ROI.
