We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Technical Writer in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves working closely with our Energy division, which is responsible for delivering comprehensive building modernization and energy efficiency projects throughout the southwest. The Technical Writer will have a crucial role in supporting the sales team, contributing directly to customer projects, and having the chance for personal growth and career development.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Team Lead and various departments in developing RFQ/P responses
• Create and refine project presentations and proposals
• Stay updated with our products, services, manufacturers, and customers
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Performance Contracting Industry
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to improve overall branding
• Maintain and update database of project templates & proposal elements
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Marketing for proposal and document creation
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all written and verbal communications
• Manage time effectively to meet multiple deadlines under pressure
• Maintain a detail oriented demeanor and strong work ethic at all times• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is required.
• Demonstrable skills in Creative Writing are essential.
• Ability to compose Detailed Messages with clarity and precision.
• Proven experience in Document Review is needed.
• Proficiency in Adobe Marketing is a must.
