Robert Half Marketing & Creative is working with a client in Atlanta who is looking to hire a Marketing Analyst to help drive data-driven decision-making across our digital advertising efforts. This role will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing paid media campaigns, measuring performance, and providing actionable insights to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising, as well as a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of paid media and performance marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiment with audience segmentation to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize ad spend allocation across various paid channels based on data-driven insights.
- Work closely with media buyers, content strategists, and creative teams to enhance campaign performance.
- Utilize marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, paid media, or performance marketing.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and other digital ad platforms.
- Data Analysis: Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and marketing analytics tools.
- Attribution & Tracking: Understanding of attribution models, UTM tracking, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and multi-touch attribution.
- Performance Marketing Metrics: Deep knowledge of CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and other key performance indicators.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to extract insights from data and translate them into strategic marketing recommendations.
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally with media buyers, creative teams, and business stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot campaign performance issues and optimize in real-time.
