- Press Releases: Draft press releases for events and media advisories.
- RFP Writing: Contribute to request for proposal (RFP) documents once per quarter.

- Thought Leadership Support: Assist with thought leadership initiatives as needed.
This is 20 hours per week of work, but must be done during normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST.
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
- Updating and refreshing website content.
- Reviewing, editing, and polishing copy for accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment.

- Potentially working within our WordPress platform to upload and format content.
Technical Requirements:
- Familiarity with WordPress is highly preferred.
Our ideal candidate possesses:
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with experience in nonprofit, association, or heavily regulated spaces.
- Ability to adapt tone and style to develop and evolve our brand’s voice.
- Strong attention to detail and a firm grasp of grammar, syntax, and style guidelines.
