Are you a bilingual (Spanish & English) marketing professional with a passion for branding, content creation, and event coordination? As a Marketing & Brand Communications Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining brand consistency, developing strategic communication initiatives, and supporting marketing efforts across multiple entities. You’ll work closely with the VP of Marketing and various departments to ensure cohesive branding and impactful external communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Compliance:
- Support branding and communication efforts to ensure brand consistency across all materials.
- Develop and implement communication strategies and brand guidelines for external audiences.
- Ensure compliance with corporate brand guidelines, optimizing brand usage and overseeing marketing materials.
- Monitor how marketing assets go to market, ensuring alignment with branding standards.
- Content Creation & Design:
- Develop and manage content for email marketing campaigns, brochures, presentations, and invitations.
- Create and edit corporate and sales videos, presentations, and marketing templates.
- Assist in social media content creation and brand marketing initiatives.
- Write and develop marketing materials in Spanish for local markets.
- Event & Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate logistics and execution of corporate and sales events, seminars, and workshops.
- Work closely with event planners, printing suppliers, and promotional vendors.
- Order and manage marketing materials and promotional products.
- Act as a liaison between agents, markets, vendors, and third-party ad agencies.
- Project Management & Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Independently manage projects, create timelines, and develop presentation decks.
- Collaborate with business units, corporate branding managers, designers, and media specialists.
- Work directly with the VP of Marketing while maintaining autonomy.
- Support agents with product-related tasks and marketing material requests.
Skills & Software Proficiency:
✅ Proficiency in PowerPoint is a must.
✅ Experience with Canva is preferred.
✅ Fully bilingual (Spanish & English) – strong written and verbal communication skills.
✅ Video editing and content creation experience.
✅ Strong email marketing and social media background.

Experience & Industry Preference:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications.
- Experience in insurance marketing is a plus
