*Candidate must reside in the city of Philadelphia*
Robert Half has a client seeking a Marketing Coordinator located in Philadelphia, PA. This is a 3-6 month contract that will be onsite in Philadelphia 3x a week. Candidate must reside in the city of Philadelphia.
Responsibilities include:
- Create and design emails in HubSpot
- Manage the marketing data
- Help coordinate events
- Maintain promotional supplies and event inventory for large conferences
- Design marketing materials in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop
- Assist with administrative tasks
Qualifications include:
- Candidate must be located in the city of Philadelphia and able to work onsite 3x a week (2 days remote)
- Background in marketing, media, or events
- Must be organized, self-starter, capable of updating emails in excel for MailChimp etc.
- Exposure to or experience in advertising, radio, programming, events, traffic coordination, etc.
