Plymouth Rock Assurance We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of brand partnerships, with a strong focus on sports marketing. In this role, you’ll help bring our sponsorships to life. Whether that’s through planning game day activations and events, running promotional campaigns, or producing cross-channel content. You’ll also assist in managing other strategic brand partnerships to ensure we’re maximizing each opportunity.

This position is ideal for someone who’s highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited about how partnerships can build brand value. You should have a strong interest in marketing, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Support the execution of marketing plans tied to sports partnerships (e.g., in-game promotions, sweepstakes, signage, digital content, and events) Manage sales incentive campaigns for independent agents Coordinate internal approvals, timelines, and deliverables for all partnership-related campaigns Collaborate with design, communications, and external teams to support partnership assets and content such as email calendar and submissions Work cross-functionally with events team and corporate team to plan, order, and keep inventory of promotional items Work closely with our Sr. Marketing Specialist and brand partner teams on day-to-day logistics Track partnership performance and assist with reporting on KPIs and ROI Maintain partnership calendars and team budget trackers Support planning and logistics for events and own on-site activations Assist with other brand, affinity and promotional partnerships as needed Attend other agent events to support as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or partnerships Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail Comfort managing multiple timelines and stakeholders Clear written and verbal communication skills Collaborative and solutions-focused Familiarity with sports marketing, events marketing, or sponsorships is a plus Proficient with Microsoft products; experience with project management tools is a plus Experience working with professional sports teams, entertainment venues, or agencies Interest in analytics and campaign measurement
