Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $31.00/hr

Must Have Skills/Attributes: AutoCAD, Design, MS Excel, MS Office

Required Education:

1. Verifiable High School diploma or GED required.

Preferred Education:

1. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

1. 1+ years of experience working in a retail pharmacy.
2. 3+ years of experience with AutoCAD design software.
3. 3+ years of experience with MS Office software (e.g., Excel and Word).

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

1. 1+ years of experience with AutoCAD design software required.
2. 1+ years of experience with MS Office software (e.g., Excel and Word) required.
3. Ability to analyze and interpret various sources of data.
4. Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally with in-house personnel, field management, and various outside vendor representatives.
5. Any additional tasks as directed by the supervisor or manager.

Designer Overview:

The Retail Pharmacy Layout and Design role is responsible for the management of all pharmacy layout design metrics under the supervision of the Manager of Retail Pharmacy Layout. Layout metrics are validated and maintained across all retail pharmacy locations to ensure they can support the workflow in each location based on script volume and customer interactions.

Job Duties:

1. Validate existing layout metrics across our fleet of 9K+ retail pharmacies.
2. Access and analyze CAD drawings and review in-store cameras to ensure all metrics are correct and updated as necessary.
