We’re looking for a Loyalty Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and engagement for our credit card and rewards program. This role will execute omnichannel marketing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute loyalty marketing campaigns.
- Partner with creative teams to create engaging assets.
- Analyze data to track performance and optimize strategies.
- Manage budgets, approvals, and program execution.
- Work cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with brand goals.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years in CRM, email, credit card, or loyalty marketing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.
- Background in retail or agency marketing is a plus.
