Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus and Stock options Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2-4 years minimum Marketing Coordinator About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive, and can work independently while managing multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in tradeshow and webinar coordination, email marketing, social media support, and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot. Experience in cybersecurity or a related industry is a plus. Key Responsibilities Event & Webinar Management Working with RunSafe marketing team assists in planning, coordinating, and managing tradeshows and industry events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional materials. Assist in organizing and executing webinars, handling speaker coordination, attendee registration, follow-ups, and reporting. Project & Marketing Automation Support Manage ClickUp (or similar project management tools) to track and manage marketing tasks, deadlines, and deliverables. Assist with HubSpot management, including CRM updates, campaign tracking, and workflow automation. Maintain marketing calendars to keep teams aligned. Prepare monthly marketing performance reports for leadership. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution Support email marketing campaigns, including email building, list segmentation workflows, and performance tracking. Assist with social media management, including content scheduling, engagement, and analytics. Assist in updating and maintaining content on the company website (WordPress), including blogs, landing pages, and event pages. Proofread and edit content for consistency and accuracy. Support lead generation efforts by managing forms, landing pages, and gated content in HubSpot. Assist with lead nurturing campaigns, including email sequences and follow-ups. Monitor and analyze marketing analytics to track lead engagement. Partner & Vendor Coordination Assist in managing relationships with media partners for advertising and sponsorship opportunities as needed. Assist in coordinating co-marketing efforts with partners. Sales Support & Enablement Assist in maintaining and updating sales decks, presentations, and proposals. Ensure that sales teams have access to the latest marketing collateral. Help organize customer testimonials and case studies. Qualifications & Skills 2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience with tradeshow and webinar logistics and execution. Experience in HubSpot. Proficiency in ClickUp (or similar project management tools). Experience in email marketing, social media, and content coordination. Familiarity with WordPress (preferred).
