Job Description Job Description Russell Tobin and Associates is seeking a Marketing Manager for one of our top tech clients Location: Remote within US Pay: $45-50.67/hour Schedule: 8am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday Contract Duration: February - August 2025 Overview: As a Community Channel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing specific marketing channels and campaigns. This includes end-to-end campaign planning and execution, triaging campaign requests, channel reporting, and driving product adoption or awareness among key audience cohorts. Responsibilities: Work with various internal tools to distribute messages to different audiences Manage campaign flighting, triaging, and reviews for marketing campaigns Rigorous QA of all campaigns before scheduling and sending Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet expectations Report and share-out campaign insights Document and share tooling suggestions and improvements to create roadmap Copywriting, copyediting, and co-authorship with cross-functional partners Skills: Expertise/exposure to multi-channel marketing (in-product messages, push notifications, & more) Growth mindset (i.e., focuses on scalable growth, data-obsessed) Storytelling/Content strategy and sophistication in execution Fast learner, with strong attention to detail Excellent writing, communication, and editing skills Leverage data insights and analysis to enhance our campaign and audience strategy Familiarity with social media culture, user trends, and behaviors Professional experience in campaign management within: Lifecycle Marketing, Email Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations or Growth Marketing organizations Execution-bias, & do what it takes mentality Russell Tobin is a leading minority-owned professional and technical recruitment and staffing advisory organization.
