Posting Summary
Rutgers University-Camden is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer for the Marketing and Communications Office. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Creative Services, the Senior Graphic Designer is an integral part of the Office of Marketing and Communications at Rutgers University–Camden. This position will serve as the department’s leader in graphic design and visual identity standards. The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for the creation of professional design solutions for university marketing materials, campaigns, and related materials; working closely with colleagues to develop audience-appropriate design solutions for print and digital marketing efforts that support the University’s brand and initiatives; supervision of a full-time graphic designer; assisting with the review and application of visual identity standards.

Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field or equivalent combination education and/or experience, plus five years of graphic design work experience.

- High attention to detail in typography, spelling, grammar, spacing, and accuracy.
- Organizational skills to prioritize, take initiative, follow projects through to completion, and manage multiple tasks while ensuring the highest level of quality.
- Experience providing art direction, guidance, and assignments to designers.
