ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Content Creator, you will collaborate with a team of creatives and a producer to plan, shoot, edit, and optimize diverse content. This includes native TikTok videos, food photography, and other assets for iconic brands. You should have a deep understanding of social platforms and audience expectations, creating engaging content that sparks conversations and aligns with current trends.
You will leverage your experience to produce content swiftly, staying ahead of trends across Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and more. Your storytelling skills will help craft content that distinguishes our brands online. Your work will impact a dynamic North American team that pushes the boundaries of modern advertising.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- SOCIAL EXPERTISE: Identify emerging trends and opportunities in social media; develop content concepts that reflect our brand voice and participate in online dialogues.
- SOCIAL STRATEGY: Collaborate on content planning to ensure a consistent, always-on social presence. Proactively research and suggest new ideas and solutions.
- CONTENT CREATION: Utilize skills in photography, videography, design, and platform-native tools to produce a variety of content, from quick posts to high-quality shoots.
- STORYTELLING: Develop, shoot, and edit compelling stories tailored to each social platform’s standards.
- COLLABORATION: Work closely with the creative team from ideation to execution, ensuring fidelity to concepts.
- WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT: Handle multiple projects efficiently, delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines, capturing trending moments, and editing swiftly.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- 1-3 years in a content creation or design role with a diverse portfolio of social content.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and understanding of social platform best practices.
- Strong visual storytelling, videography, and editing skills; graphic design experience is a plus.
- Passion for social media content creation, including Instagram visuals, TikTok videos, and YouTube edits.
- Comfort with Adobe Creative Suite and eagerness to learn new tools.
- Experience working with high standards of quality and client expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
- A genuine passion for food and culinary storytelling.
- Aspired to produce award-winning, globally recognized work.
