This role has the ability to work in a hybrid setup (office/WFH).Now, let's dive into the role you'll have:Plan, launch, and execute digital ad campaigns to drive revenue and ROI via search arbitrageTest, monitor, and flawlessly execute Paid Social tactics to optimize campaigns, manage budgets, analyze data, and extrapolate insightsIdentify new opportunities to drive revenue and profitability within Native and Social Media advertising opportunitiesConduct A/B testing of your ads and landing pages to continue to refine and improve conversionExtract campaign data & generate reports that summarize campaign performance to provide further actionable insightsPresent campaign performance reports to direct and cross-functional teamsStay informed on emerging technologies and trends related to paid social and digital marketing best practices to help contribute innovative and strategic ideas to the teamWork collaboratively with cross-teams (Paid Social, Display, Native) when developing campaign strategy and evaluating performanceThis is what you'll bring to the table:2+ years of experience in digital marketing/advertising directly related to social media (Meta, TikTok, etc.) with an emphasis on direct response campaigns (CPA, CPL, CPC, ROI, ROAS)Bachelor's degree in marketing or a qualitative field such as economics, math, statistics, finance, etc.Hands-on campaign and optimization experienceThorough understanding of real-time bidding auctions and bid strategiesStrong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively in person and in writingExcellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilitiesExceptional analytical abilities with a high attention to detailAn independent worker with strong time management and organization skillsThe ability to identify trends and turn data into actionable business insights and hypothesesSelf-starter mentality with drive to succeedStrong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelAnd here's what we've got waiting for you:Competitive salary + bonusHybrid work environmentGenerous PTO + company holidaysOpen sick timeUp to 90% covered Medical, Dental, Vision for employeesTasty office lunches401k with matchHealth & Dependent Care Flex Spending AccountPaid professional developmentLeadership & growth opportunitiesVirtual company and team building events
