Marketing Director
to drive and optimize digital marketing strategies. This role involves campaign development, asset management, paid media, and market research. The director will collaborate with senior team members and cross-functional departments to enhance brand awareness, sales, and customer engagement including planning, executing, and managing social media, email marketing, SEO, display advertising, and interactive media campaigns, based on research and customer insights. Additionally, the Marketing Director will lead brand initiatives, product launches, campaigns, and partnerships, acting as the key liaison between internal and external partners. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, organized leader, able to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Execute marketing strategies across retail and digital channels to drive brand growth. Coordinate creative and paid media initiatives, including paid social campaigns and affiliate marketing. Conduct market research to generate actionable insights on trends, competitors, and consumer behavior, messaging and design. Create email and SMS marketing campaigns aligned with the brand calendar, focusing on targeted flows to drive revenue. Oversee social media and influencer strategies, approving content and tracking KPIs. Lead and execute marketing campaigns through digital channels, wholesalers, and company showrooms. Create and oversee digital campaigns, collaborating with digital agencies to meet brand guidelines and performance goals (e.g., ROAS). Provide creative direction for packaging, collateral, digital assets, and advertising. Oversee SEO agency to optimize website for search engine results. Monitor competitors and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth. Ensure the website is optimized for UX/UI and conversions. Lead long-term brand strategy planning and identify opportunities to expand the brand presence in new markets or segments. Use data analytics tools to monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, ensuring data-driven decision-making. Provide weekly reports to senior leadership on campaign performance, ROI, and areas for improvement. Map out and continuously optimize the customer journey to improve engagement, conversions, and customer retention. Work with sales and customer service teams to enhance the post-purchase experience and loyalty programs. Take responsibility for marketing budget allocation, ensuring that spending aligns with strategic goals and drives measurable results. Monitor and optimize spending to ensure cost-effective marketing strategies. Ensure marketing materials and campaigns comply with legal and regulatory standards. Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM, email marketing tools, analytics platforms, and customer data management systems. Stay updated on the latest marketing technology and trends to ensure the brand is utilizing the best tools for success. Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital, brand, or consumer goods (retail/fashion preferred). Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in Yotpo, Klaviyo marketing application software. Leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional projects. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with attention to detail.
