About the Role We are on the lookout for a dynamic Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing. In this key leadership role, you will develop and implement strategic, goal-driven initiatives to enhance our enrollment efforts and elevate our brand visibility. You will lead a talented team of over 20 professionals, focusing on refining our recruitment strategies in local and national markets, particularly targeting high school and community college students. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the college's website, social media, and digital marketing campaigns. Managing the annual budget for the enrollment and marketing sector. Ensuring the college's mission, branding, and values of belonging, diversity, equity, and inclusion are effectively communicated to prospective students and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in enrollment management, communication, marketing, or related fields. A proven track record of achieving strategic goals. Strong management, human relations, and problem-solving skills. The ability to work collaboratively with diverse constituencies. Data-informed, strategic thinking capabilities. A Bachelor’s degree (required) and a Master’s degree (preferred).
