Web Content Management Ensure our websites are current, compelling, and aligned with strategic goals—emphasizing SEO best practices and driving conversion. Analytics & Reporting Deliver insightful, actionable reports that empower marketing teams across the globe with data that fuels smarter decisions. Automation & AI Integration Champion the adoption of cutting-edge AI tools and streamline processes through smart automation—unlocking efficiency and innovation. Manage, support and contribute to the success of Oerlikon’s websites and additional digital channels (excluding social media) and develop innovative and creative digital marketing solutions. Act as web manager and primary CMS user for global web properties, supporting stakeholders in web content publishing and site updates, ensuring technical SEO, UX and accessibility best practices are followed. Own digital analytics reporting across web and marketing channels; build dashboards (e.g. in Power BI) and generate actionable insights for internal stakeholders. Lead the technical SEO roadmap including crawlability, indexing, on-page structure, and site health monitoring using tools like Search Console, Semrush, and others. Give input to and help implement the company’s SEO strategy, working closely with technology brands and countries. Work towards automation and standardization of Marketing & Communication workflows, using latest AI-driven technology to identify potential for efficiency and quality improvements and cost savings. Coordinate with marketing automation stakeholders to develop digital campaigns, create solution designs and measure success. Your Profile
Educational Background: University degree in communication studies, media studies or business administration with a focus on digital marketing or a similar qualification. Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in digital/online marketing in a B2B corporate environment; strong digital and integrated marketing (think paid, owned, earned) know-how with a good blend of business and operations experience, Technical skills: Excellence in common digital marketing tools and solutions (CMS, Analytics, Search, e-com etc.) as well as knowledge in performance marketing.
