Key Responsibilities: Develop tailored SEO recommendations for international campaigns aligned with clients' objectives. Conduct SEO analyses, including organic traffic inspections, keyword rankings assessments, and indexation audits, offering tactical recommendations based on findings. Perform technical audits, covering site speed, canonicalisation, redirects, search engine compatibility, XML sitemaps, hreflang, meta content, and backlink profiles. Assist in website migration projects by gathering data for content retention, auditing new site versions for technical issues, and preparing migration plans and reports. Create geo-targeting strategies for international SEO initiatives to improve clients' search visibility. Identify and proactively address issues and opportunities in organic performance for existing clients. Prepare comprehensive SEO assessments for discovery projects, forming strategies and recommending actionable SEO/SEM activities. Analyze SEO performance reports to derive valuable insights and actionable items that support clients' organic search growth. Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in the SEO landscape, translating these into client opportunities. Required Skills and Attributes: Essential: Proven experience in international SEO and organic search campaign management. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Experience in a digital marketing agency environment. Thorough understanding of key algorithm updates and their SEO implications. Knowledge of search engine best practices and industry trends. Flexibility to adapt strategies and techniques as the SEO landscape evolves. Proficiency in various SEO tools, including Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Ahrefs. Strong skills in data reporting and advanced Excel (including pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs). Excellent communication skills for clear client and colleague interactions via email, reports, and presentations. Ability to grasp clients' business objectives and KPIs. Detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical mindset. Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and strong initiative. Capability to manage and prioritize workload effectively under pressure and tight deadlines. Effective time management and commercial awareness skills. Desirable: Familiarity with web content management platforms such as WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, or Drupal. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other programming languages. Insights into website development techniques, consumer journey, and conversion optimization.
