The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO best practices, and analytics to drive traffic and enhance our online presence. Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and improve online presenceConduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for SEO optimizationManage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms, ensuring campaigns are targeted effectively and the budget is optimized.Track and report on KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, lead quality, and social media engagement, ensuring campaigns align with business goals.Optimize website content and structure for search enginesMonitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and AhrefsStay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and SEOStay on top of social media and real estate market trends, the competitive landscape, and new marketing technologies to keep our campaigns fresh and relevant.Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital channelsCollaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed.Lead efforts to improve online reputation management by managing reviews and responding to feedback on platforms such as Google My Business and Glassdoor.Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.
