About the job
As Director, SEO, you will spearhead organic growth strategies for our clients, driving high-performing campaigns and team success, and you'll be responsible for overseeing the development of SEO programs that meet and exceed client expectations. You'll manage client relationships, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided, and you'll also oversee team management, guiding and supporting your team members to achieve their full potential. You will develop data-driven strategic plans, manage client accounts, and stay up-to-date on the latest SEO practices and trends, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
A Day in the Life:
- Own client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and setting expectations.
- Ensure best practices and consistency across accounts.
- Collaborate with analytics team to establish benchmarks and custom KPIs.
- Manage client presentations and reporting workflow.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
- Drive data-driven strategic decisions and crafts POVs on organic search trends.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of SEO experience, with 5+ years in healthcare/pharma.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO tools.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices, content and technical optimization, and omnichannel activation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members, delegate tasks and prioritize deliverables.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Adaptability, decision-making and persuasive storytelling abilities.

$130,000 - $170,000 annually.
The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
