Key Responsibilities: Develop SEO recommendations tailored to international campaigns that align with client objectives. Perform thorough SEO analyses including organic traffic inspections, keyword rankings, and indexation audits, providing actionable insights to address issues or seize opportunities. Generate comprehensive technical audits addressing site speed, canonicalization, redirects, search engine compatibility, XML sitemaps, hreflang configurations, meta content, and backlink profiles. Contribute to website migration projects through data collection, technical auditing, migration planning, and post-migration monitoring. Formulate geo-targeting strategies for international SEO initiatives aimed at enhancing clients' local and global search visibility. Proactively identify and address issues to optimize organic performance for existing clients. Prepare comprehensive SEO assessments for discovery projects, crafting strategies and recommended actions based on findings. Analyze SEO performance reports, converting data into insightful strategies that bolster clients' organic growth. Stay current with the latest SEO industry trends and adapt strategies to leverage new opportunities for clients. Required Skills and Attributes: Essential: Demonstrated experience in international search engine optimization and organic search management. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Background in a digital marketing agency setting. In-depth understanding of key algorithm updates and their SEO implications. Knowledge of search engine best practices and industry trends. Adept at evolving strategies in response to the changing search landscape. Proficient in various SEO tools, including Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEMRush or Ahrefs. Strong expertise in data reporting tools. Advanced Excel skills, including functions like pivot tables, vlookups, and sumifs. Effective communicator with the ability to engage with clients and team members through emails, reports, and presentations. Ability to comprehend clients' business models, goals, and KPIs. Meticulous attention to detail with strong follow-through abilities. Self-motivated team player with strong analytical skills. Proactive and positive attitude, with an initiative-driven approach. Excellent time management and ability to thrive under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Sound commercial awareness. Desirable: Experience with web content management platforms such as WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, or Drupal. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other programming languages.
