Home Care Consultant (Sales Professional)
Location: Georgia - Territory includes Lawrenceville, Duluth, Dacula, Snellville, Loganville, Conyers, Covington, and Norcross

Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on building connections and delivering results? Do you love helping people while growing a meaningful book of business?
At Home Instead, we are on a mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. As a Home Care Consultant, you will play a critical role in expanding our referral network, guiding families to care solutions, and driving the growth of our services across your dedicated territory.
Compensation: This position offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped bonus structure your earning potential is in your hands. Hustle, build relationships, and the rewards will follow.
What You will Do:
Own your territory by developing and managing referral relationships in Lawrenceville, Duluth, Dacula, Snellville, Loganville, Conyers, Covington, and Norcross Build referral pipelines with healthcare providers, discharge planners, social workers, senior living communities, and more Meet with families to understand their needs and deliver custom care plans with empathy and expertise Maintain your pipeline using Salesforce to manage activity and track progress Represent Home Instead at senior expos, networking events, and local community activities Participate in an after-hours rotation to support prospective clients and respond to inquiry calls
What We Are Looking For:
A proven sales professional who thrives in a relationship-first environment 1+ year of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or referral marketing (preferred) Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required Self-starter mindset comfortable working independently in the field with minimal supervision Must have a valid driver's license and up-to-date auto insurance Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable using Microsoft Office and Salesforce Willing to travel daily throughout your assigned territory
