Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Position Summary
As a Designer at SKG, you will develop drawings, specifications, space plans, and systems specifications and pricing for design production. Key tasks include:
- Blending products and systems effectively, avoiding pitfalls.
- Specifying full systems floor plans using MillerKnoll and non-MillerKnoll products.
- Staying updated on product and software training.
- Creating 2D and 3D drawings with AutoCAD and CET, following SKG standards.
- Producing high-quality rendering packages with CET and Yulio.
- Creating Bills of Materials and detailed specifications using CET and CAP.
- Maintaining consistent tagging in drawings and BOMs.
- Developing client visual packages with drawings, BOMs, and renderings.
- Creating Scout Boards and MillerKnoll visuals as directed.
- Performing specification audits with minimal guidance.
- Developing ancillary product options.
- Communicating with A&D firms for project coordination.
- Reviewing acknowledgements for accuracy.
- Creating installation packages post-acknowledgement, with support from the Project Manager.
- Engaging in client visits and interactions, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Using communication tools to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in systems furniture and related fields.
- Interior Design or similar degree from an accredited university.
- Proficiency with CET, CAP, ProjectSpec, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
