We're Hiring: Marketing/Event Assistant at Mosley Wealth Management in Anaheim, CA! 🎯
Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in the world of marketing and event planning? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with people? If so, Mosley Wealth Management is looking for YOU!
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 (based on experience)
What You'll Do:
Seminar & Event Preparation – Organize seminar materials, maintain supplies, and ensure seamless event execution.
Client Engagement – Make calls, send reminders via text and email, and follow up with event attendees.
Event Support – Attend and assist at seminars (mostly evenings/weekends) to provide a smooth, welcoming experience for guests.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Strong organizational & time management skills
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
✔ Comfortable making calls & sending professional emails
✔ Experience with marketing tools (Bomb Bomb is a plus—training provided!)
✔ A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
✔ Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
