Position Overview :
The Designer Lead will be responsible for leading the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design efforts for USCIS's digital products. This role involves conducting user research, creating prototypes, and ensuring the design meets accessibility and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead UX / UI design for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and design reviews.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
Ensure designs are consistent with USCIS branding and compliance.
Collaborate with developers to implement design solutions.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Minimum of years of experience in UX / UI design.
Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work.
Proficiency with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance.
