Base pay range
$18.00/hr - $24.00/hr Phina is looking for someone organized and enthusiastic to join our Phina Phamily! Design all promotional graphics for social media, emails, website and in-store signage Send regular emails & texts to customer database Work with our website manager to make seasonal website updates Work with supervisors and store managers to plan and execute Phina events Responsible for all social media Plan, design and execute all social media content and maintain a consistent and on-brand social media presence Drive in-store and online sales via social media Work with Phina supervisors to establish social media goals then consistently work to achieve those goals Respond to all questions, DM’s, requests, etc Analyze data such reach, engagement, followers, etc to identify what works and what doesn’t Stay up to date on platform features and trends and make recommendations for growth and improvement Look for opportunities to grow exposure with promotions, collaborations, etc Requirements
Social media and relevant marketing experience required Must be available 4-5 days per week, weekend hours may be required Minimum of 32 hours per week with some time spent in each Phina store Seniority level
