We are a fun group who values working hard and lifting each other up. Real estate is an extremely competitive and fast-paced environment which is why our marketing personnel are so important. We need someone who will strive to do better and bring new ideas and strategies to the table every single day with a positive, “can-do” attitude. Must be a self-starter! We need someone to work in the office 3+ days per week (in our fab office). Our office is a great work environment full of collaboration. A lot of the job is also content creation which comes with needing to be live in San Francisco visiting our listings weekly. Tasks:
Create, design and print marketing collateral through the Adobe Creative Cloud programs Create and develop presentations, and proposals via InDesign (Listing Presentations) & Canva Property marketing/management of all listing marketing initiatives Creating property websites, email marketing, social ads/ management, graphics, social content Write copy for all listings Property analytic presentations for clients *we send out analytic reports every two weeks* Create and send bi-weekly blog posts that correspond with social posts Quarterly magazine creation with Compass Marketing team -help with content, and oversee design Blog postings, graphics, and content Design, topics/articles, coexist with blog and social Manage social media accounts *alt text, geotag, hashtag & mentions in stories Daily engagement, interaction with accounts that follow us, like us, engage with audiences from various hashtags Leads, troubleshoot issues, updates, photo updates, blog posts, analytics Monthly measurement and ROI analysis Manage monthly newsletter - create content with help from team Website leads, website visitors, traffic via social, via property sites, via mag, analytics, mag traffic Continuous brand development & management Overall feel and look of brand representation via graphics, website, and social Keep up to date with current real estate trends as well as current events, new social strategies Must-haves:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically In-Design Familiarity with Canva, email marketing platforms & google drive Deep understanding of social media platforms Design Self starter with fresh ideas and takes accountability Skilled communicator who can work well in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented, positive attitude. Must be fun & positive Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines Website Development knowledge (Squarespace) Must have car *Experience in real estate, photography, video editing, a big bonus* Starting salary of $70,000 plus sales commission, based on qualifications.
