Argos Report Writer
*Local to Pembroke, NC only please
*This is a remote position
Description:
- The client is looking for an experienced Argos Report Writer.
- This position will be responsible for developing data blocks in our Argos reporting tool and working with our functional offices to determine the necessary data blocks for report generation.
- The role includes migrating reports from a custom application, which uses .NET and SQL, into Argos.
- The Argos report writer will collaborate with the client's Argos Administrators to move data blocks from the Test environment to Production.
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Developing data blocks in Argos using GUI or SQL, Required 3 Years
- Maintaining Argos security, Required 3 Years
- SQL development, Required 3 Years
- Writing reports for Ellucian Banner ERP, including knowledge of Oracle database tables, Required 3 Years
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM ticketing systems, Required 1 Year
- Working with customers to document report requirements, Required 2 Years
- Familiarity with ITIL change management practices, Required 6 Months
